OCC Sketch Challenge.

Good Morning Everyone!

Yes, it's Sunday, and yes I'm posting! I did the OCC sketch challenge yesterday; but didn't get a chance to post it, so I thought I'd go ahead and do it this morning before I get ready for Church.
This card didn't turn out exactly the way I had envisioned; but it's still ok I think.
I started with an Old Olive base. I cut two strips of So Saffron and then embossed the flowers from "Pocket Silhouettes" and added them to the base. Next came the Pumpkin Pie piece in the middle which I stamped with little garden bugs from "Garden Whimsy" I cut two circles out of Real Red and Vanilla. I stamped the butterfly, also from "Garden Whimsy" with Red, orange, turquoise and banana markers. Then I decided I didn't like that very much, so I stamped another one with the rock-n-roll technique using Saffron and Pumpkin Pie ink and added some Turquoise, and Red dots. I cut it out and attached it, so that the butterfly actually looks 3D with the red wings underneath the Saffron wings. Once I scanned the card, it flattened the butterfly, so I decided to take a close up picture of the butterfly, so you could see it.
I added the sentiment to the next circle and then finished with the two pieces of Olive ribbon.
Ok, so I hope you like it! I'm off to get ready for church. Have a great day everyone and I'll be back tomorrow for Mojo Monday!
