Copper Embossed Thinking of You

Hello Everyone!

I hope you've all had a great week. The weekend is finally here! I hope to just have a quiet weekend at home. How about you? Anyone have big plans? Tell me about them, I'd love to hear!

I'm still struggling a bit to find a good place in the new house for photography. Either the lighting is good but the backgrounds are wrong or the lighting is bad; but the background is good. I should really make one of those light boxes! Hmmm...maybe something to look into.

Anyhow, here is today's card. I wanted to make a card with most of the focus on the background. Some embossing powder and distress inks helped me do just that! I added some twine and the sentiment before adhering the panel with some dimensional adhesive. I added the faux stitching around the edges with the white gel pen for a final touch.

Have a great day, and I'll see you back tomorrow morning for Coffee Cafe!
