Here today to share an easy and filling recipe for a busy week night. Originally, I had made this filling to go inside some crescent rolls, like these Beef and Potato Cresecent rolls. Unfortunately, that just didn't work out very well, so I saved the leftover filling and just decided to serve it over some rice the next night. This turned out to be a much wiser....and tastier...option!
As you can see, I've decided to try a new recipe card picture with this week's recipe. I think I like this better than making you go to the other Google Sites link. So we'll see how this goes for the next few weeks!
I would like to apologize also for the less than great photographs of the dish this week! The lighting in my kitchen, not to mention free counter space was not cooperating! This dish was so yummy in flavor and warmth, and comfort. I do hope you will try it!
