Get Sketchy and Let it Snow!

Ok, so I'm not quite ready for snow just yet; but I just thought my little snowman from inkadinkado would be perfect just perfect for this week's Get Sketchy challenge. I started with a standard size 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Cranberry Crisp and then added a piece of 4 x 5 1/4 of patterned paper. I'm not sure who the paper is from, it was in my stash and it worked so I used it. Next I wanted to use my Top Note Die for the Old Olive piece; but it would have been too long across the front of the card, so I actually cut it twice. Next, I added the ribbon which is from Lil Davis Designs. I then cut a 2 3/8 x 3 piece of Baja Breeze and rounded the corners. I stamped the snowman in Ruby Red ink on white paper and then attached the image piece with foam dimensionals. Finally, the bonus challenge for the sketch was to use buttons. I had a hard time finding one that worked well, but finally settled on this little blue one from the Sherbert Collection from SU.
So, there it is; simple and easy. I hope you like it. Have a great day, everyone!

Ohhh I love this one! I am a sucker for snowmen, just love them! I love how the paper has the snowy effect on it. I was reading to see if you added something to it to give it that effect. Very nice!
