Joy to the Snowman

Hi Everyone!

Well, here it is...the first Christmas card of the season! I know I should probably be working on Fall and Thanksgiving/Halloween themed cards; but you know what? I just can't seem to get in the mood to do them this year! I'm not sure why that is, either. Perhaps I just really really need to think about very cold weather because it's still 105 degrees EVERY DAY here! (Can you tell I'm sooo over Texas!) For me, summer should be 3 month Jun, July, August...and that's it! Come September, October I want cool Autumn breezes, beautiful leaves and I want to start digging out my soup and chili recipes for the crock pot!
Anyhow, I digress, so on to the card for today. I actually had a different image where the snowman is now; but I just didn't like it at all, so I took that off of there and just substituted this cute little guy. Trust me, it looks much better!
Have a great weekend. I have big crafty plans and not a lot of time to get it done today since it's early release day for the kids at school.
Oh, and one more note: I know that it's been a few weeks since I've posted a Recipe Thursday; but I plan to post one next week.

Christmas Challenges: Sketch
Creative Belli: String (I've had these snowman stickers for about 2 years now!)
PaperCraft Star: Anything Goes
The Paper Variety: Use Stickers
4 Crafty Chicks: Embossing

Great card, love the design and colours. Poor you, 105 degrees sounds awful, I agree, summer should be restricted to those few months if it's that hot!! :) Thanks for playing along at TPV this week :)
