Did you miss me?! Just a little?? It has been a whirlwind of a summer with moving...again. (Did I mention we moved last summer, too? and oh by the way, we will move again next summer?!) I'll spare you all the details; but let's just say I am very glad that we are finally settled and now am able to get back into a routine with my blog. I hope you all are having a fabulous summer with lots of fun and sunshine.

I am going to jump right back into my normal routine of posting, which for those of you who just happen to have stumbled onto my little blog here for the first time goes something like this:
Tuesday: Craft (usually a card)
Thursday (or Friday) Craft
Saturday: Coffee Thoughts
Sunday: Nothing...this is my day off!
Also, a new feature that I'm adding will be a book review on the last Friday of each month. I am a CRAZY avid reader and would love to share what I've been reading and hopefully find out what you're reading as well.
So, shall we get to this week's recipe? Wow....I think that may quite possibly be the longest title I've ever given to a recipe! These delightful little bites are a picture perfect appetizer for any party. In addition, they are not nearly as difficult to make as they sound. I did find, however when making them that they were best served within an hour or so of making them. They are not really a "Make ahead" type of appetizer.
