Sassy Diva and some Mojo Easter Eggs

Hi Everyone!!

I'm so sorry for my absence once again, sometimes life just gets too busy! I'm sure many of you can relate to that. Yesterday and today have been the first days I have a chance to sit down and do any crafting since I posted last week. I have a few cards to share with you, so I'm going to get right to them.

The first card is for this week's Cooking it up with Katie Challenge. This week the challenge is A Scalloped Monochromatic Die-Cut: Start with a Die Cut, Add some scallops and keep it monochromatic. The DT got a couple of super cute images from the sponsor this week which is Digis with Attitude
I chose a brown monochromatic scheme for my Diva. I colored her with Copics (Hair: E25,E29, E07; Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E02, R20; Eyes and clothes: Boo, B02, Booo; Leg Warmers Fuzzies: E33, E35. I used Label 1 Nestabilities and Petite Scallop circle Nesties as well.
I am entering this card into the following challenges.

Sketchy colors: Sketch

I Did it Creations: Anything Goes

Make it Monday: Anything Goes

Claudia and Company: Monochromatic

My Next card is for this week's Mojo Monday challenge. I did not use Verve stamps this time; but chose instead to use some Easter stamps from OCL. This one is called "Hippity Hoppity" I used Perfect Plum, Mellow Moss and Sweet Blush for a springtime color scheme for this card. I stamped the basket of eggs on white paper and colored it in with Copics ( RV32, Y32, G21, G24, V17, V12, V15; B000)

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Creative Cowgirls: Springtime/Easter

Everybody Art Challenge: Easter

Paper Take Weekly: Anything Goes

Tuesday Throwdown: Spring

Thanks for visiting with me, I hope everyone has a great day!!

Hi Dori

Two fabulous cards!!

I so know where you are coming from when you say life can get in the way of crafting time. I am so glad though that you managed to squeeze a little time in this week and create these two fabulous cards.

Thank you for sharing them over at Make It Monday this week.

Michelle :-)

I really like your Easter card with the double embossing. I can't say I've ever done that and you make it look so good. All the colors in this card compliment each other so well. Fabulous card and thanks for joining us this week at I Did It Creations. We hope you will join us next week too.
