Halloween Cards

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to share a couple of Halloween cards with you. These are two of three designs that I will be making to send out to family and friends. The third one will be the Halloween Wiper Card that I showed in an earlier post. Yesterday at Michael's, I found a set of Halloween stamps from Inkadinkado. They have a bit of an elegant flair to them which made them quite appealing to me, so I decided to treat myself to them.
As you can probably tell, there is quite a bit of embossing on these cards. For the first one, I embossed the "Happy Halloween" sentiment with white embossing powder and on the second card, the "Trick or Treat" is embossed with Versa Mark and Clear powder. I embossed the pumpkin with black powder. For both cards I used more of my SU "Cast-A-Spell" paper with cooridinating pieces of Pumpkin, Olive, Perfect Plum and Black paper. I also used my Top Note Die with my Cuttlebug as well as my Oval Nestabilities for the first card. These two cards are proof positive that you can create totally different looks with the same colors, one package of pattern paper and the same stamp set.
So, I hope you like them. Have a great day!
