A New Week

Good Monday Morning everyone!

It's almost lunch time, so the morning is almost gone; but I wanted to get a post in before I got busy with other things this afternoon. I have been busy going through a lot of clothes and toys, trying to get rid of things that nobody wears anymore or uses. I really really hate clutter and disorganization, so when I feel like I'm tripping over stuff every time I turn around, I know it's time to make a trip to the goodwill.
I participated in my first Paper Pretties Pajama Party on Friday evening. It was loads of fun; but definitely fast -paced. An hour to create and post a challenge goes by really fast. I only have one Paper Pretties stamp right now, which is my bunny slippers Sophia. I've posted a lot of stuff with her on my blog lately, so I'm not going to actually put them here; but you can see them in my Paper Pretties Gallery, here and here. I only got two out of three done. By 10:00, I was ready to pack it in and call it a night. Congrats to Stephanie for being named the Cutie Pie. Her work is too precious and it was definitely a well-deserved win.
This card for today is one I made last week. I bought a package of stamps by Autumn Leaves called "Flowers" by Rhonna Farrer. I know, I know, I need more flower stamps right? But I really like these and they are different from the others that I have. The card is pretty self-explanatory. I used Ruby Red, Mustard and Wasabi as my colors.
I am planning to take a week or so off from stamping and concentrate on doing some scrapbooking. I need to work on Reagan's book and I have some other pictures I want to do as well. I'm also going to be busy helping my mom over the next week or so moving and setting up her new house. I may be a bit intermittent about posting during that time. If you check back for a couple of days and don't see anything new, don't worry, I've not gone anywhere. Just keep checking, I won't leave you all hanging for long.
That's it for me right now. Thanks for visiting with me today, have a wonderful afternoon.
