Cheers to You: CASE study
I'm here today to share a card I gave to my friend Melanie last night at our first Wine Club meeting last night. Melanie is a certified Sommelier and blogger. We had such a fantastic time tasting and learning about champagnes and chocolates. We had a peach champagne from Italy, a Presecco and an Almond Champagne which was so unbelievably divine I can't even put into words how much I enjoyed it. She had chocolates from Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Turkey...just to name a few.
Anyhow, I wanted to say thank you for having us all in her home and providing such a wonderful atmosphere for all of us.This is also my card for the CASE study challenge. Once again, another challenge in which I haven't participated in quite a while and I loved the inspiration picture and colors. I'm also entering this one for Simon Say's Stamp Wednesday challenge "Going Dotty" For this card, I used Pure Poppy, Aqua Mist, White card stock from PTI. I pulled out my oldie but goodie "Cheers to You" SU! Stamp set. I stamped the champagne flutes in Evergreen Bough distress ink, colored them in with a Scattered Straw distress marker and added glossy accents and silver stickles as well. For the circle background, I used "Lots of Dots" from Simon Says Stamp.
No other challenges this time around for this card. Keeping it simple today. Have a great day! Enjoy your weekend. Until next time...
