CASE Study: Just My Type

Hi Everyone!

I had such a good time last week playing along with the CASE study challenge that I decided to have another go at it this week. I absolutely loved the color combination of the Kraft, Black and Cream (or White), so I knew I wanted to keep that. I also kept a lot of the basic sketch as well. I knew that I didn't want to do any coloring on the image and this little typewriter from SU's "Puns from the Past" would be perfect. I used Hero Art's Classic Fabric Design background stamp as on the Kraft background. The two pieces behind the image are from Label 4 Nestabilities. I also embossed the center cream piece, but it's a bit hard to see in the picture. It was a very easy card to put together once I got all the design elements straight in my head.

In addition to the CASE study challenge, I am linking this card to the following challenges:

1. Crafty Ribbons Challenge: Anything Goes
2. Cute Card Thursday: Anything Goes
3. Dutch Dare Card Challenge: Monochromatic (I consider all these to be neutral colors)
4. Creatalicious Challenges: Anything Goes

I love the vintage-vibe on this card! and the fact that you used a card/sketch with Kraft cardstock makes this card fit perfectly into our current challenge at The Kraft Journal! We'd love it if you would consider entering it for a chance to win! http://thekraftjournal.blogspot.com/2011/09/make-it-monday-with-kraft-outlet-use.html
